About the event
In this final round, 8 to 10 finalists demonstrate exceptional vocal talent in the operatic art form before a celebrated panel of jurists in Lenfell Hall of the FDU Mansion.
Prior to the competition is an optional catered lunch at 12:30pm in the Mansion's Hartman Lounge.
Prior week's auditions: Finalists are selected at preliminaries in New York City on May 2-3, 2019, hosted by the Gerda Lissner Foundation. To audition, fill out the Vocal Competition Application. Applicants must be age 21 to 35 and cannot have won 1st, 2nd or 3rd in prior OaF competitions. Address questions to gerdalissner@aol.com.
